Auto Ops
Keyword tools answer the one person who typed GUIDE. This answers everybody else, works out whether they are worth your time, and books the call inside the DM. No keyword to teach your audience, no flow to build.
That button opens a DM with the system itself. Whatever you type, it is the product that answers.
Why keyword tools leak
Keyword automation works on the one person who typed GUIDE exactly. Everybody else wrote a sentence: a question about price, a worry about whether it would work for them, or just this is literally me under a post about the thing they are struggling with.
Those are the people worth answering, and a trigger-based tool has nothing to say to them. So they get a heart, or silence, and the intent is gone by the evening.
The difference
| Keyword automation | Auto Ops | |
|---|---|---|
| What triggers it | An exact word you taught your audience | Anything a person writes |
| What it replies | The message you wrote in advance | An answer to the thing they actually said |
| Setup | You build the flows, buttons and menus | You describe what you sell, once |
| Qualifying | A quiz with buttons | A conversation |
| Booking | A link out to a scheduler | Real times offered in the thread, booked on a reply |
| When you step in | You switch the automation off | It stands down the moment you type, including from your phone |
What it does
A question, a worry, a joke, somebody tagging a friend. It replies in your voice, reads what kind of post it is sitting under, and says nothing at all when nothing needs saying.
Not under every comment. A link under all of them is how an account gets reported, and how the link stops meaning anything. It goes to the people who asked something real.
It answers what they ask, shows them a one minute video of the system when that is the right next step, and finds out whether they are a fit while it does it.
Three real times from your calendar, in their timezone, offered as a numbered list. They reply with a number and it is booked, with the link sent. They never leave Instagram.
You send the invoice with one tap after the call. It marks itself paid the second the money lands, and the client is enrolled without you touching anything.
Times offered, calls booked, reminders sent, who is left and who is stuck. The part that usually turns into a spreadsheet you keep meaning to update.
Start to finish
Everything between those two moments happens in the DM, without you, except the one decision that should never be automated.
Step five stays human on purpose. Only a person knows whether somebody actually said yes, and whether you want them as a client. It is reduced to a tap, not removed.
Who it is for
If people find you on Instagram, ask you things in the comments, and book through conversations you are having by hand, this replaces the by hand part. It is built around one to one coaching: a programme with sessions, calls that need booking, invoices that need chasing.
It is not for you if your leads come from ads and land on a funnel, or if nobody is messaging you yet. It handles people who are already talking to you.
Before you ask
No. It handles people who are already talking to you. Getting them to talk to you is still your job, and this is not a funnel, an ad account or a content strategy.
It is written to answer the actual thing somebody said, in one or two sentences, in your voice. It waits a few seconds before replying rather than answering instantly, because nothing reads as a machine faster than a reply that arrives before you have finished typing. It also knows when not to speak: a joke gets a joke, and a question it cannot honestly answer in public becomes a DM instead of a guess.
It stands down the moment you type, including from the Instagram app on your phone. If you clearly move on and the lead is still waiting, it picks the thread back up.
No, and that is deliberate. It qualifies and books. Whether somebody is right for you, and whether to send the invoice, stays your call.
The conversation is Instagram: comments and DMs, from the first message to the payment link. Session times and reminders go out by email and land in the client's calendar, because Instagram does not allow a scheduled message days after somebody last wrote to you. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either breaking Meta's rules or about to find out.
The Instagram account the business runs on, your Stripe account, your calendar, and a short description of what you sell: the names, what each includes, how many sessions, the price.
That depends on what you sell and how much of this you need, so it comes up on the call. I would rather talk you out of it in a DM than set up something you did not need.
Next step
The quickest way to judge this is to use it. Message the account and the system answers you, the same way it would answer somebody under your post.
